Terms of Use — Sachse Pest

What the site is. A referral and information service. It connects homeowners with independent pest control providers. It does not perform pest control and does not hold a pest control license.

General information only. Pages here describe common North Texas household pests in general terms. They are not an inspection or a diagnosis. What a particular house needs is decided by a licensed professional who has seen it.

Independent providers. Providers reached through this site are independent businesses that set their own prices, schedules and scope of work. The site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. Checking that a provider holds the license and insurance the job requires is the homeowner's responsibility.

Availability. Whether a visit can be arranged, and how soon, depends on which providers are participating in your area that day. Nothing on this site promises a visit within any particular time.

Prices. None are published here. Any figure you hear comes from the provider after seeing the problem.

Accuracy. Pages carry the date they were last reviewed. Rules, products and pest activity change, and no page here replaces a current professional opinion.

Limitation. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, it is not liable for loss arising from reliance on its information or from work done by an independent provider.
